Does The Philips Wake Up Light Work?

Simply stated, light has positive effects on health. For instance, acne can be treated and improved with light therapy and seasonal affective disorder (AKA “SAD”) can as well. And now light therapy is making inroads into sleeping cycles too.
That’s where the Philips Wake-Up Light comes in. It’s a device that simulates the approach of dawn and therefore replaces your traditional alarm clock. It’s a different way to wake up in the morning.

The idea behind it is that waking up to gradual increases of light is much more natural and therefore better for your system than some old blaring alarm clock or clock radio.
